SMJ, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals or companies to represent the SMJ product line.

Fill in the following form in order to request an "exclusive" territory in which to represent the SMJ product line. 

Representatives can sell on either a "commission" basis or they may buy directly from SMJ at the representative's "discount" price.

Representatives will be provide with catalogs, brochures and other information, in order to facilitate representation of the SMJ product line.
